Here is a list of the materials you will need to have available to begin a project:

1. Floor plans in either AutoCAD or other electronic version.
   If they are not available electronically, bluelines will do.
2. A list of devices by Bus Number and Element Number.
   This list should cross reference each zone by name.

3. Access to the system via public IP address.
   If not available, a backup of the database using "http://ivu:8080" will do.
4. Complete our order form.

The typical turn-around time is 5 business days. Providing all the above items will help insure accurate graphics in a timely manner.
