After spending seven years on the team, CCG has a unique understanding of the needs and innerworkings of the Carrier organization and system. This experience and close ties with the Carrier team make it easy for CCG to be creative, yet ensure that your projects fit within the standards.
CCG offers the broadest range of graphics and programming services available. Click here to see everything from 3D floor plans to equipment graphics. Don't see what you're looking for? Email us at Sales@CustomControlGraphics.com to discuss your specific needs.
Site Maps are commonly used when multiple buidings are being controlled, such as a university campus.
Choose from several styles of floor plans designed by our team, or provide us with a design of your own. We can work from anything from AutoCAD files to a sketch on a napkin. We typically receive .pdf and AutoCAD files of the floor plans but anything electronic, or that we can, scan will work.
We create equipment graphics of all kinds, including Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Chilled Water / Hot Water Plants, Heat Exchangers, Reheat Coils, Exhaust Fans, Radiant Heat and much much more. If you can control it, we can draw it. We even modify auto-instantiated graphics created by i-Vu.
Upon the release of i-Vu's System Touch and Equipment touch modules, we quickly began creating custom graphics that are simple to use while maximizing the 4" display screen.
CCG will commission your database with regards to graphics. We can create areas, phantom equipments, map points, move controllers to appropriate locations and organize the navigation tree. When converting a ComfortView database that has multiple units in one CC6400 controller, we can create phantom equipments and map points that will generate thermographic color for each zone.
Let CCG handle your ComfortView conversion from beginning to end. Send us your ComfortView database and we'll import it, create graphics, create SNAP programming files to map the points and build the i-Vu database. You can even monitor the entire process online with the remote server or using our own publicly addressed i-Vu box.
We have created a library of dials, gauges and meters to use on your energy metering job site. Working in conjunction with the new i-Vu 6.5 ViewBuilder tools, we can create custom gauges do display any analog or digital value.
When converting a ComfortView database, or CCN system, some controllers need points mapped in order for them to be visible in i-Vu. This is a tedious and time consuming process so let CCG handle the task of creating SNAP and/or Equipment Builder files and upload them to the server. Once that is done, we can generate garphics for these points.
Creating custom animated symbols is challenging and rewarding for our designers. We can create realistic images to reflect live data. Whether it's a water tank level or an animated water pump, we'll create an attractive graphic that's informative and intuitive.
Our 3d modelers have many years of experience creating photorealistic models to represent your customer's actual equipment and model number. We use the best software available to ensure a very realistic result. These models can also be animated in various ways to show equipment status.
Do you want to learn more about the graphic creation process? Ever wish you could simple move that color oval or add some static text? Let CCG train your staff on the i-Vu Tools software. We offer introductory and advanced classes both here in Atlanta as well as in your own office. Call today to schedule a 1/2 day, full day or multi-day course.
